Help support
Audio transliteration is not available
1. Check whether the audio format is correct
Check whether file suffixes are supported. Currently, the client supports only.pCM (16k,16bit).wav.aac.mp3.m4a five formats of audio files. Other formats of audio may not be translated. Please use professional tools to convert audio files to one of the five formats, do not directly change the suffix.
2. Check whether the current system user name contains Spaces. If Spaces exist, the system user name cannot be converted
It is recommended to create a new user without Spaces and then use audio transliteration.
You can also modify the current user without Spaces. However, this operation may affect the software previously installed by the user.
3. View logs
On the client [Log information], check whether there are error logs or errors in the following figure. Please contact customer service in time.
