1.Windows system:
Check whether the client has word translation/reading enabled, in the general Settings – General – word translation/reading, open and try again; There may be a probability that the delimit fails. Restart the client and try again.

2.Mac System:
The Mac client does not support the underline function. Therefore, underline translation and reading cannot be used.
